aggies, friends, and family

as an early birthday present for lee, we spent the extended weekend in texas. anyone who knows lee knows that just stepping foot on texas soil makes him act like a kid at Christmastime. well, we did more than just step foot in texas. we packed the weekend with time with friends, family, and basketball. katy was great enough to let us stay with her and get us great seats at the a&m/ou game...which unfortunately turned out to be a not so great game for the ags. check out lee's amazing photography skills of getting us and the court in one shot...

we spent great hangout time with lots of his friends and even left one element of surprise to the weekend...a lunch with many of his friends at a college station favorite of his. and a birthday celebration would not be complete without a baseball-themed cookie cake, of course!

we ended the weekend with the morrow family, including more hangout time with zach and erin, the always awesome joy of seeing 2 of our nephews, and meeting the triplets and the rest of zach's family. unfortunately no pictures from morrow time but plenty of laughs and quality playground time was had by all.
