oh the joys of church softball!

2 - (some losses we won't talk about) - 1

that is the record of our co-ed church softball team.

yes, i am aware that i said "our" team even though i do not play on the team. however, i wear my jersey and support my little heart out along with our other friends who do not play so i feel like i can rightfully say "our" team. :)

i think everyone would agree with me when i say it has definitely been a fun season. sure, there have been some frustrating calls and disappointing losses. but we are currently on a two-game winning streak* so the low times are distant memories at this point. i finally got some decent pictures at one of our last games (and second win). lee gets to play one tournament game before we move, and i can promise you that he will make the most of it.

tuesday and thursday nights have been a blast for the past couple of months cheering on our team, hitting in the park home runs & running the bases at lightning speed (lee, not me), and making some great memories with our friends.

*disclaimer: we missed thursday night's game, and i don't know if it got rained out or not so that streak may be better or nonexistent now. just not sure!
